RCS-D stands for Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce.
Do we have special divorce real estate training?
Yes. As RCS-Ds, we have received additional education in divorced real estate. We understand the complexities and emotions that come with a divorce. We know what house homework is needed to make an informed decision about real property.
We also have taken collaborative divorce training and are allied professionals of the Brevard Collaborative Association.
What are our goals?
Our goals are to protect credit score and preserve homeownership.
Who do we work for?
Although we help both homeowners make an informed decision, we work in the best interest of the house.
Why does someone need an RCS-D if they are getting a divorce and own real property?
As RCS-Ds we are trained to work with divorcing homeowners. We help divorcing spouses make an informed decision about their real property by collecting house documents and scheduling consultations. As the project managers, we have a team of professionals who will help throughout the process. The martial home can be your biggest asset or liability. Deciding what to do with the real estate can be complicated. Our team is here to assist with all aspects of the home to ensure you have all the information needed.
